Call Reporting Options

Afternoon

Looking for some help with options on external call reporting.
The internal reporting on the 3CX platform is just not enough for my setup which 24 SC with 120 extensions Hosted AI version.

Within the setup I have multiple departments with IVR's and I need some stats from the options so I can send to branch managers.

Any suggestions.

Hi, regarding this, you can use the PBX Data connectors and send the CDR info to an external database, in this way you can process the data and generate your own reports with for example power bi and also dashboards using Grafana, this is the way to go related to this matter.

There's no way to get the options pressed in the IVRs without using verbose system logs. This is obviously not the best.

To get customizable and more powerful reports tho, look at the Grafana/Power BI data connectors. It gives you the raw CDR data to play with and 3CX provides a bunch of precreated dashboards.

If you are serious about building your own custom reports, I encourage you to take a look at our 3CX Exporter add-on. With our tool you gain access far more information than what the built-in data connector provides. If you look at the screenshot below, we offer 4 pages of tables while 3CX offers the cdroutput table.

You'll want to be reporting on the destination of your IVR menus rather then what was pressed. You might have to make unique destinations for your IVRs to make the reporting more accurate.
