Hi,
I have a client requesting a report that gives the total of calls answered in 30 second or less.
When scheduling the report I use Answered only and ringing only criteria with time set from 0 to 30 seconds as shown below...

The problem I'm having is that the reports seems to complete but when the CSV file is opened the reported is incomplete. For example, if I request the report to be from December 1st to December 15th the report will just show until December 7th and on that date only shows until certain time of the day with a bunch of "failed" calls.

It is necessary to run multiple call reports to complete a specified time frame starting from the date and time the last report got cut off. It is really time consuming and the worst part is that totals don't match the total calls reported on other reports.
Is it something Im doing wrong in the report request? Is it possible to have that type of report that tells me how many calls where answered under 30 seconds?
Thanks in advance for all the help!
