call report's time is not correct

There is no point, Your company support has disappointed me this week, I have other issues with other clients 21 days into a support ticket, NO resolution. "Must install latest service pack", that is broken. NO WAY.

I am kind of in the same mindset as this guy. I bought the top tier platform for the support and also for a feature that our custom freeswitch implementation currently does not have. I have to roll this out to the client this Friday and now I have to tell them that the most important feature does not work. I have been using freeswitch exclusively since 2007. Never, ever, ever had the need to use another platform. Because of a specific feature a client wanted, I decided to use 3cx. Woe is me when I compare these two. I expected much more from 3cx in term of features and customizability. Now this simple call history feature will not get an emergency patch. I am embarrassed to have to tell my client the system does not work and it will take 2-4 weeks to resolve. I can tell you I will never use 3cx again. First time and last. I hope I am not banned for speaking how I feel.

BTW I was able to send a report to myself and set a custom range to include the current day and time and it seemed to work. However, this will not work for my client. My freeswitch CDR, you can click on any call in the CDR and even see the entire SIP handshake and pcap for the entire conversation. Not even a close comparison.

Yes there are workarounds using custom dates.. This is why the emergency hotfix was not issued immediately. We are working on it.

No of course you are not banned. We want and appreciate your honesty. We apologize for the bug and we are helping people update. And We will release a hotfix for it soon - working round the clock..

Software has bugs. iOS made bugs which affected Millions of users. Android have bugs. Google Microsoft - Ok 3CX made a bug.. And 2 hours later we started checking. Help us now.. There is no point to nag more.. (i'll speak how i feel too)

We acknowledged the bug, prepared a solution to help users, and working on an official hotfix. More than this we cannot do.

You should also try custom with range set to few days in future(like 20-24)!
But the problem is that custom filter is missing on Edge.
ironically, above will only work in unsupported browser like IE:eek:

thanks for the support.

Workarounds are not working, so emergency patch it's needed... On both paid and free license.
The lack of reply on behalf of the 3cx until recently, almost two weeks into the problem as you can imagine has caused a lot of discomfort to us, the paying customers trying to push your product with the good and the bad, so maybe investing a bit more on a support team would be a better way to go.

While we invest in our support, I suggest you also invest some time in reading our messages properly. Take update available and lets move on.
