Hi Everyone,
i would like to know the general idea of call reports feature,
how can i take report of incoming calls ? like how many calls i am getting, answered or unanswered & miss.

You can make call reports about an extension, a RG or a Queue with incoming stats.

If i select RG will it only include Calls from outside or also internal calls also ?
