Hello,
We have upgraded our main production system to V20, and I have some call flow questions.
I assigned the SIP trunk default routing to go to Department: DEFAULT, but it's not follow the routing for the hours specified. I have a different route for Open, Closed, and Break.
Break Hours (8am-9am), we call it Day Mode 8-9, Digital Receptionist
Open hours (8am-5pm), we call it Day Mode 9-5, Digital Receptionist
Closed hours, we call it Night Mode, Digital Receptionist
If the SIP trunk default route is set to the DEFAULT department, and the DEFAULT department has the above set, calls are not going to the break mode during 8am-9am, it goes to the Closed Hours routing.
My question is, should the default route on the SIP trunk be directed at the DEFAULT department, or should it be directed at the Day Mode 9-5 Digital Receptionist, and then set the closed, break routes within there?
