Solved Call routing isnt working

hi all

I've got a dummy extension where Im routing calls through.

Office hours going to a Q.

Exception specifics where calls go out of hours.

When im using the exception to send calls to external number, the call isnt going through.

Call from ext to the number works fine.

outbound rule to 07 isnt restricted by dept.

Turns out we only had 1 sip.
