I would like to start off by saying that the forums have always been a great help to me for 3CX. It could not have been possible without the support of this wonderful community.
Coming to the task at hand, we have two offices. One has 3CX (latest enterprise edition) and the other one is using Elastix. The sip trunk is connected with 3CX.
softphone --> Elastix --> 3CX --> sip trunk
We would like the end user that is connected to Elastix to be able to make extension to extension call with 3CX as well as make outbound calls via the sip trunk connected to 3CX. Currently, extension to extension is working fine between the two. However, I am stuck on outbound calls. I know how to do this with two Elastix boxes (by configuring inbound route to catch cid and route it to trunk directly) but unable to figure out how to configure 3CX. I just saw CFD as well and currently looking into it (first time CFD user) but just wondering if there is an easier way. Any guidance would be appreciated.
