Call to extension?

Hi

I have been looking for a while and can't seem to find a "call to extension" type feature.

It seems that there is the cool looking, but really over complicated "call by name feature", but, it seems to be lacking this... or am I looking in the wrong place?

Hi William,
This is the normal behavior of any Digital Receptionist created in 3CX.
You can input extension number during the prompt at any stage and will get connected to it.
