Most of the numbers saved in phone directory is with area code (like +91xxxxxxxxxx, +971xxxxxxxxx etc).Since we are using 3CX mobile app, most of the calls should be to mobile directory numbers. And calls to these type of numbers are not working.

You might consider enabling, and configuring, the E.164 settings in 3CX, if you have not done so already. This will correctly format numbers beginning with a +, and deal with how the number needs to be formatted for local, national, and international calls.

If you have numbers stored with a 9, as an access digit after the + (not a standard E.164 format), then you may have some issues to work out.

Alternatively, if the SIP Provider being used does not accept the mentioned number format you could create an Outbound Rule that strips the + sign and even the area/country code and then also adds required digits to make sure the format has been converted to something the SIP Provider accepts. For more information on how to do this I'd highly recommend going through our training material regarding Outbound Rules here: https://www.3cx.com/3cxacademy/videos/advanced/configuring-outbound-routing/
