Good day,

I would like to trace a call and see what happened to call .
The caller says he called in few times and when no answer and when pressing callback option .

I would like to see the call as it hits IVR - queue - extension - no answer - call back

call log does not show much, is there any other place I see this

Yep.

Open up the web client and go to switchboard. Select the "All" view.

You can watch the path of the call as it comes in.
