Call tranfer has no sound whilst waiting

Hi all

I have just downloaded the latest version 4 beta. When I call in to the IVR and select say sales, the phone in sales rings but the calling phone has no phone ringing tone or on hold music. It sounds as though it has been cut off even though it works fine. Any ideas on resolving this

We can not make it ring during call forward from IVR, because it is already in 'Connected' state - it is connected to our Media Server. But, yes, we can play music on hold or emulate ringing tone for it, thank you for a good hint!
