Solved Call Transcription File Size

Hi, can anyone tell me what the file size is of the transcription of a 1 minute call recording stored on the google cloud?

Hi Steve,

It is a 1 Megabyte per minute file, send to the Google Cloud, not to be stored but only to be transcribed.

The actual voicemail is stored in your PBX or the Location you have selected for recordings from the 3CX management console.

If the option is selected to transcribe recordings only, where does the transcription get saved to so it can be used at a later date?

The transcription (meaning the actual text returned by google) is stored in your PBX, and can be accessed by logging in to your webclient and looking at your voicemails.

You will see the text right next to the voicemail.
