The actual voicemail is stored in your PBX or the Location you have selected for recordings from the 3CX management console.

JohnS_3CX Support Team Staff member 3CX Support Joined Jan 4, 2019 Messages 14,530 Reaction score 3,701 Nov 20, 2020 #4 The transcription (meaning the actual text returned by google) is stored in your PBX, and can be accessed by logging in to your webclient and looking at your voicemails. You will see the text right next to the voicemail.
