Do you use 3CX tunnel?

This line

15:09:26.718 [CM503003]: Call(176): Call to sip:69@SERVER_IP_SEC_EDIT has failed; Cause: 503 Remote end of tunnel is not connected; warning: Remote end of the bridge is not connected; from IP:127.0.0.1:5080


is suspicious.
 
Yes, without the tunnel, the 3CX phone will not work right on my system. I think the caller can not hear us AnD oR we get NO incoming calls or something like that.

And yes, :p , the 3CX system has passed all firewall tests.
 
As you can see from logs the tunnel was not connected at that time.

Thankyou. I will try it without tunnel to see why it does not work. (I do not remember.. But the VOIP IP changed a while ago, so the tunnel stopped working until I messed with some things.. So we did try no tunnel)

Or better yet, is there any thing i can do to help you find out why the tunnel is messing up?
I know you guys like a perfect system and if I can help, let me know. You can log in via remote desktop if you want too.
I will PM you the info.
 
OK, I set up two computers off of tunnel, and tested some calls.
Amazingly they work fine so far.

I am looking through my emails to see what the problem was before..

Last night, on Becca’s station, we could hear the client but the client wasn’t able to hear us. We were able to hear them though. After restarting the 3cx, it was back to normal.

I do not think Call.exe will get the caller ID for the second line, but it might..

Let me know how the second line thing works..

It worked for me.



The new version, 3CXVoIPPhone4_9646.msi (Check yours 9646) locked up once for Cali already..



Make sure you tell me each time it locks up or there is a problem.



Only the NEW version, 9646, does multiple lines.

People complaining delay, increase overtime, getting cut in and out Lagged out on me and couldn't hear client, hung up. It says I was still on the call, still says it now.

Change tunnel password to 777
Try aging..
Remember, sometimes with Tunnel on, you cannot hear when you call an internal number.
Test with cell phone.

If no one got any rings from this missed call and if everyone is on http://www.3cx.com/downloads/3CXVoIPPhone3.msi and if EVERYONE IS ON TUNNEL, (hint, make sure your shit on tunnel), then I will make a change on the server to "Hunt" for an available tech..
In other words, if you see a VM come though and you were not on the phone, and the fucker did not ring, LET ME KNOW..

Also, from today, I was on the phone for about 50 min. I got 2 or 3 voicemails. My phone never rang on the second line, And, Yes, I do have "Use Phone status" checked under General fowarding, Busy Mecanisum..
