Call transfer to cell through feature code

Hi,
Since the cell number is a configurable part of the user extension, is there a possibility to pass the cell number to a custom extension or feature code? This way, we do not have to retain a list of cell phone numbers separately, or go through the additional administration of a second set of extensions.

I'd like to use something similar to the built-in functionality of *4<ext> or *9<ext>. Can this be done?
