Call transfer to sip trunk (CUCM)

Attended Transfer of a call of an incoming call from a trunk in the same trunk does not work. Сommunication scheme is "E1-on CUCM->SIP-3cx". When I make call from city and 3cx softphone extension want att. transfer to cucm extension, shape something similar conference.

You are attempting to transfer a call back out on the same trunk group? If so, how is this trunk group set up, as a provider/Generic trunk, or as a Bridge trunk? That may make a difference.

What failure (what does the 3CX Activity log show), when you attempt the transfer?

Sip trunk type is Provider
