Is possible to call a URL (GET) when a call is transfered to a ring group?
how could we do that?

No you can't

That's a loaded question. It is possible using the 3CX Call Control API, however, the documentation has been withdrawn by 3CX, so you would need to find the old documentation. Essentially, you would need to subscribe to call events, and identify when calls are sent to a ring group. There may be more options when 3CX releases V18. There is talk of a "service gateway" and a future "REST API".

buy the 3cx support with not make difrence with that, right?
