Call Waiting

On version 11.

Have two users that would like incoming calls that come while on a call to go to voicemail automatically. Or possibly that they get set as "away" while on a call. Is this possible, and if not, is it available in version 12. I'm just not finding any call waiting settings anywhere.

Turn off the option for the extension to receive more than one call at a time in the management console.
