call4tell 3cx appliance and gateway

Dears,

I was wondering if anyone has any experience with the 3cx appliance that call4tell provides regarding its performance and its durability or anything, also I see that the digital gateway (NXGW Digital Gateway) from call4tell was not included in the supported PSTN gateways form posted by 3cx where call4tell claims that there hardware verified and tested by 3cx.

appreciate any help regarding this matter.

They can claim whatever they want, if they are not on the 3CX page, they are not supported.

They might do their own testing and they will have to support you with that. 3CX won't help you.
