eddv123 Titanium Partner Advanced Certified Joined Aug 15, 2017 Messages 2,855 Reaction score 478 Jan 22, 2019 #2 To my knowledge as standard Callback is possible in queues only - but it is a PRO feature. What you want to achieve is possible and it will require you to record a prompt for your queue. You will have to go to the queue settings>>advanced Tab and enable Call Back option>> Triggered on users request(Press 2) In the General Tab>> Destination if no answer section select Voicemail box for extension. Select the voicemail you want to redirect the callers. Another option maybe with the voice application designer however it is for custom applications and cannot advise whether this is a definite: https://www.3cx.com/phone-system/call-flow-designer/
