In a queue, you can turn on the callback feature to be "offered to a caller after timeout in seconds".
I would think an "offer" would sound something like "We appreciate your patience. If you would like to receive a callback rather than continuing to hold, press 2..."
Instead, by default, the "offer" says, "You've requested a callback to the following number..."
Or am I missing something?
