Can anyone explain this? The callback is configured to offer it to the caller. The behavior is that it forces the customer into a callback.

FYI: the ZIP really isn't a ZIP. It's a WAV. Please rename the ZIP to WAV before attempting playback.

What are the other time limit values on your queue? Is caller allowed to only be in the queue for 60 seconds?

Assuming you want to offer callers this feature? It is doing what it says. But, I agree the prompt could be worded differently to sound like It was a choice rather than something they've requested. Just record your own prompt and swap it out.

The queue wait time is 300 seconds.

Yes, I want this feature. It used to ask if they wanted to be called back, not force them to.
