Hello 3CX Family

One of my client have multiple toll free numbers one from USA and another from United Kingdom.

They require Outbound caller Id as per country:

Which means

If the call USA caller ID should show USA Number As caller ID

If They Call their UK Customers caller id should show UK number as caller id.

What all I did

I tried creating multiple SIP account one for USA and UK ....
It works in USA but when they call UK it shows USA number

I tried creating a dedicated extension group for USA and UK
It works in USA but when they call UK it shows USA number

Please suggest if you have solution for me.

I'm going to assume that you are using one provider. If it is a US provider, then due to regulations, they probably don't allow you to change the caller ID to anything other than a standard 10 or 11 (leading 1) digit North America format number.

If they did allow you to send a UK number, then you could do this in the outbound rules. One rule for US dialed numbers, and one rule for UK dialed numbers. Each rule would route to the same trunk group, but the caller ID, in each route would be set to what you want displayed.

Talk to your provider about what caller ID they will permit, perhaps they have a work-around available.

In the outbound rule for the UK, have you specified the UK number ?

Exactly that. You do not need separate trunks. You just need to have 2 outbound rules with a different caller ID for each rule. You can have the users select it using a prefix or just by dialing different number lengths etc. If your provider allows this then it should be very simple to do.
