Caller ID in Queue Display on Yealink Extension Module

Hello,

I've a Yealink T29G with a Yealink EXT20 module. I am wondering how can I set up so that the caller ID who are in the queue I login would display on the extension module? (I see the Caller ID on the main phone menu, but I want other calls in queue display their caller ID on the extension module)

I have tried enabling the "Visual Alert for BLF" in the phone's web interface, but it doesn't work. Right now, I can only set it as Line in extension settings, but it won't display caller ID.

I am not sure that what you want to achieve is possible as the EXP module is designed to expand the BLF capabilities of your phone. Perhaps some other forum user was able to achieve something similar but i have never seen an EXP module displaying caller ID information.
Also if you a member of a queue, the queue manager will only poll your extension with one call even if other callers are waiting in the queue. You will need a 3CX client to achieve the required functionality.
