Caller ID in web/desktop client doesn't show caller number

We just reinstall 3CX and can't see caller number. This is how desktop client looks like when receive a call. I've been reading about and think the problem might be relationed with inbound/outbound rewrite rules. The sip trunk is Sip:wise, thats why caller id is ngcp-lb i guess.

I will apreciate any help with this issue.

"This is how it looks" - except you blacked something out... which is where the number appears.
What does show up?
What does the logs show?
What version are you on?
