Caller ID no scrolling

Hi

I have a number of call center workers at home and when calls come through to the windows app the ID doesn't scroll, i cant even make the app window larger.

Is there something i can do to change this or make it show the queue name first and the calling number after?

Can we confirm, you're using the 3CX Desktop App or the legacy 3CX Windows App?

I'm afraid that it does not scroll, and since we're no longer developing the Legacy Client, you may want to switch to the new 3CX Desktop App! You can download it via the Web Client by clicking the following icon (specific to Windows, Mac Clients have their own icon):
