Caller ID shows "Ringer Group" on phones, but works on s/w

When I call a number that is routed to the 3cx softphone extension, the caller id displays correctly on the softphone (I can see the number of the caller).
If I route the same number to a ring group, the SNOM phones display "Ring Group" on the caller ID, instead of the callers number.

Anyone know how to make the phone display the number of the caller, instead of "Ring Group"?

Go to settings on the left side of the screen, then general, then find the tab from above for global options and uncheck the setting for "add queue, call group...........to caller ID"
