Caller-ID through GXW4104 in Belgium

Hi all,

I'm running 3CX with GXW4104 connected on the POTS. Inbound and outbound calls are working fine but I can't seem to get caller-ID to work. I know Caller-ID is put on the line put I have no clue if the GXW is configured properly to detected and how to pass it to 3CX. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Filip,

Have you got the CallerID Scheme set right for Belgium on the FXO Lines tab?

I'm not sure what setting you should use in Belgium but imagine you can find out with a quick Google search or by asking your telco.
