Caller ID Unknown/Private Caller

While setting up my 3CX system, I noticed that when I went from not using STUN to using it that I was no longer able to get caller ID on the receving end of the call. Prior to that I would see the phone number I was assigned by my VOIP provider.

Is it possible to have the CallerID work while using 3CX STUN?

Many of us use STUN and receive caller ID. STUN should not be affecting caller ID as it is simply information sent along with the call. Post a 3Cx log showing a working (caller ID) and non-working with STUN on and off. You might also post a registration with your provider with STUN on and off. X out the first few digits of your public IP.
