We encounter a new problem since we updated our system to V20. If a user has checked the 'Also ring my mobile' option, the caller number displayed on the cellular network is the calling extension number with a + before it. For instance, if extension 200 calls user 300, the called user will have a +200 displayed as the calling number instead of a +4126... regular number although the Outbound Caller ID is clearly defined as a +4126.... .
If the same user uses the 'Forward external calls to' 'My mobile' after let's say 15 seconds with 'Also ring my mobile' unchecked, the calling number is correctly displayed as a +4126... number.
Any solution for this problem ?
