Caller ID when phone can receive multiple calls and already on the phone

Is there a way to get caller id info to come through on the 2nd call when an extension can receive multiple calls and they are already on one call?

It should already? What phones are you using? Might be a phone setting or limitation?

I use Grandstream's and I get the caller ID when a second line is coming in.

Are you using the default template after factory reset?

Also, is the second call private? It would explain why it doesn't show up.

my clients 3cx and my office 3cx same behavior (doesnt show up)

we are going to look through yealink gui for any clues

Factory reset one phone then reprovision. See if it comes back (sometimes, certain settings might stay and cause problem).
