Hi there

Is it possible to send the caller ID from an extension rather then what is defined in the outbound rule?

Can extension caller ID ever override the outbound rule caller ID or do I have to make a seperate rule out?

Hi,

I have faced the same issue recently.
The Caller ID defined in the Outbound Rule overrides the extensions Caller ID.

So, making a seperate Outbound Rule for this one or multiple extensions seems to be the solution here.
