Caller no. is not accurate if caller is from another country

Hi,

Good day. Currently we are using 3CX in 3 countries Singapore, Malaysia, and Philippines, and I noticed that when a call from a Malaysian number dialing our 3CX in the Philippines the caller no. is different from the actual caller no.

I'm referring to the Action URL variable %CallerNumber% and also the call history.

Is there a way for us to get the actual caller no.?

Do you see the correct number as caller number on your phone display?
