Caller shown from the previous incoming call

We have a weird situation on the Windows client: when there's an incoming call, the shown caller ID is not the current but the previous one! As you can see in the pic below when the phone shows a number the client will display a different one.
Windows client 16.3.0.144.
3CX 16.0.5.611.

What can I check to figure out what's wrong?

Apparently yes, happening only on Windows. I still have o get a feedback about Webclient.

We are getting some identical reported issues with the webclient, caller is correctly shown on deskphone/smartphone, but the webclient shows the caller ID of previous caller.
3CX = 16.0.5.611

I forgot to report back, I upgraded Windows webclient to the latest version fetched from website they said it's not happening anymore. Please let me know if you can fix this way too.
