Hi All,
After updating to v20, the caller ID for attended transfers are showing the extension that transferred the call rather than the external caller for our Cisco SPA514G phones. A few of our users have SnomD785 phones and for them the caller ID correctly updates to the external caller once the call is transferred. I also tested the new native Windows app and the caller ID also updates correctly for attended transfers there. So the issue appears to be limited to the Cisco SPA514G phones. Unfortunately, that is the vast majority of the phones we have.
I tried changing the Caller ID Header field in the SIP settings for the Cisco phones to prioritize using RPID instead of PAID as I read that can have an affect but that made no difference. Has anyone else come across this issue and found a resolution or work around of some sort?
