CallerID name ( incomming and outgoing ) Patton PRI

Hi

We have a 3cx system installed on a ISDN PRI ( NI1 ) and the Caller name is not being sent to the 3cx system from the Patton.
also we are trying to send a name over the call but the Patton is blocking it somehow.

3CX tech support connected to my system and confirmed everything was correctly setup.

any idea on this? i opened a ticket with Patton today i should receive a reply in a week....

Do you receive Calling Number display?

Are you subscribed to Name Display, in many cases, this is not available, or there is an extra fee, as a database lookup must be done on each name. The database is usually owned by the LEC, so if that isn't your provider ...

Sending the name, may not be permitted. have you confirmed with your provider that this is allowed, and will indeed be passed to the called party?
