I have a situation where we need to forward a callerid to a mobile phone. The mobile phone need to see the actual caller number. I got this to work but only without Digital receptionist. Is there a possibility to get this to work.
Situation when it works:
Call to Siptrunk -> Inbound Rule -> Forward to Extension -> Forward rule 'Away' set to 'Forward to Mobile', Enable 'Use Call Deflection (302)'. -> Mobile phone sees the original Caller number.
Situation when it does not work:
Call to Siptrunk -> Inbound Rule -> IVR with a Prompt -> Forward to Extension -> Forward rule 'Away' set to 'Forward to Mobile', Enable 'Use Call Deflection (302)'. -> Mobile phone sees the phone number of the PBX
It is a Hosted by 3CX environment.
I hope somebody have a solution so I can play the Prompt before the mobile phone rings.
