I have a problem when an incoming call into the 3CX and then 3CX forwards the call using the "simultaneous call" feature, that forwarded call is rejected due to "unverified callerid". Both the incoming and forwarded calls are passing through a Twilio SIP trunk. So, is there a way to get the incoming callerid to pass to the forwarded number without being rejected? What would I need to set?

It is going to be up to what your provider allows. Because of federal regulations (North America) as a result of Phone SPAM calls, almost a year ago, many began blocking caller ID that was not in the format of a "standard" number. For North America, that meant either 10, or 11 digits (leading 1), and a valid area code. Some providers may be more strict . They should have sent you a warning. I would contact them, to ask what is now allowed.

So if it's rejected by Twilio, then those are the people you should be asking.
