Callers getting strange message about URL

Our clients are reporting getting a message about a URL. I can not repeat it but it has happeded quite often and is becoming a problem. Its not the voice mail message but something else. What might this be?

You need to understand when they get this message soon you can tie it up to a WAV file on 3CX.

Alternatively (and based on when it is received) this might not be the PBX at all and could be coming from your VoIP Provider.
