The security deparment requests a list of IP addresses from which the user with extension ID "1234" was connected to PBX during last week. To clarify - the user with extension ID 1234 is using an 3CX application on his mobile phone. We have our own 3CX server, without cloud.
How can I get the information requested by security department from the 3CX server logs?

From Dashboard > Activity Log > Settings (top right)

Then you will probably not find much, but you can try downloading the 3CXManagementConsole.log file and searching for:

|Inf|MYPHONE: Client 200

where 200 = the extension you are interested in.

Yes, it's sufficient, thank you. But can I be sure that file 3CXManagementConsole.log contains full list of all connections to this extension?

You can't because the logging was set to low (which is ok for normal operation).

Not all operations will be logged in this mode, so what you see is what you get.

Ok, but i can't switch on "verbose mode" permanently, it's not recommended due to high CPU usage.

So, how i can permanently log all IP addresses in future?

In theory, if your machine machine has enough resources (CPU and storage) you can leave it on indefinitely.

You have to monitor your machine especially during peak hours to be sure that you are not running out of resources.

when verbose mode is turned on, where can i get the information about IP addresses? In 3CXManagementConsole.log or other place?

For monitoring 3CX Client, yes, because each client also establishes a MyPhone connection, so this would be the easiest log to look in.
