CallFlow 15.5 SP6

Hello after the update to latest SP6 build, the callers didn't hearing any announcement from the call flows.

It's just a crack to hear, the callflows were also re-uploaded, but no announce.

Same callflows working with the Version SP5 without any problems.

Are you referring to queues, digital receptionists, music on hold or were you using the call flow designer to create your call flows?

I used the call flow designer.

I think I have detected the problem.

I builded the Voiceapp from scratch, it works until I add a Record and eMail function, without, the voiceapp is working.

I think there is a bug in the SP6.

In that case i would recommend posting the issue in our dedicated Call Flow Designer forum section where the issue can be examined by the appropriate team
