CallHistoryUpdater problem

I have V7 and i try to run CallHistoryUpdater.exe.
It works but i get the following error for every line of the callhistory.log
<invalid input syntax for type timestamp: "2008/11/26 6:21:16 μμ">
and finally nothing goes to callhistory2.

Please ensure you have the latest version 7 installed.

Also ensure that the settings in the control panel-> Regional and language settings, the date is set to be in the format of

dd/mm/yyyy

and the time is set to

HH:mm:ss

with the time separator being :
