Hi we are figuring to make a CRM integration for a client of us who use his own software.
We need some informations on how to use a parameter/variable which identifies a call. The value should be same of the callid when speaking of CDR - for example the format should be like: 00000C0E5AC7C796_328.
Can you give some hints or documentation. Thanks in advance. Best regards

There is no variable like that in the CRM Integration.

This is the HistoryIdOfTheCall. It is a unique value that follows the call from one leg to the next. It is not possible get this value with the server-side integration. I assume you want to tie records created by the journaling process to the additional information found in the CDR files. To do this, you would need to create either a 3CX Phone for Windows plugin, or a service that utilizes events published by the 3CX Call Control API.

Both options are possible today, but it may be far easier when 3CX releases their announced Gateway service. Unfortunately, as of this post, there is little information about whether we can subscribe to new events using the gateway service, but I'm hopeful.
