Does anyone know how to get the 3CX CallId within the VAD callflow? The CallID in the VAD callflow is some made up VAD ID not related to 3CX

Hello,

In order to get the 3CX Call ID, the same that you can see in the 3CX database, you need to use the 3CX Call Control API:

You need to use that API from a .NET DLL, and call your DLL from an External Code Execution component.
