I'm using Yealink phones...Is it possible to call a hot desk extension if no users are logged in?

I know I can do direct IP calling, but the IP isn't static so I can't program that as a BLF/Speed dial.

No you can't without Direct IP call since there's no extension registered on the phone.

Sorry, I mean an internal IP call. For example, I can dial 192*168*1*5 if the IP was 192.168.1.5

That works, I can do it now.

Yes by default it should be enabled, but you need static IPs (or DHCP reservations) for those phones to easily contact them.
