Calling an Internal Network IP With Phone.

Hi everyone, quick question;
Our phone lines are connected to an internal intercom system. The intercom system is on our internal network. In the past, we would simply create a speed dial on our Polycom phones telling them to dial 192.168.1.100 and it would connect to the intercom. With 3CX we don't really have access to the directory configs of the phones anymore and speed dials are created inside of 3CX. I think what's happening is that 3CX is routing the 192.168.1.100 call to our VOIP carrier instead? Is there a way we could have the phones bypass 3CX and have it dial this IP address?

Some sets do allow the dialling of an IP directly, but that is usually a set option (if available), so that the set recognises the digits as an a IP and does not sent them to 3CX.

What I ended up doing is creating a dummy SIP trunk with an IP to the intercom.
Then I crated an outbound rule for calls with a prefix of 198 to be routed to this SIP trunk. It's a bit of a workaround but it works.
