Calling as Sip Trunk from an external number

Let's say i want to call number 1111 from my mobile phone, but i don't want to show up my mobile number, instead i want to display the number of the sip trunk that's on the 3cx. How would you go at that?

Install the 3CX mobile software on the phone, and use this application to make calls.

What you are describing is using your telco provider's GSM line to call to any destination but show a different number than the one your mobile phone has. This is completely unrelated to the PBX.

The option that Saqqara suggests will work. You will be making a call from your SIP trunk hence the correct number will appear.
