Calling Blocking of a Specific Number

Hi,
One of our users was enabled with a specific mobile number.
The user received regular calls on this specific mobile number, as the mobile forwarding was working perfectly.
But suddenly, we started getting an error message, which is as follows:
Call or Registration to +91982xxxxxxx@(Ln.10007@BSNL) has failed. sip:218.xxx.yyyy.222:80;lr replied: Temporarily Unavailable (480).
Event ID 12294.

By the way, the given mobile # +91982xxxxxxx is absolutely functional on the user's phone.

All other calls to other numbers are getting routed perfectly. I checked all possible blacklist places, but found nothing.

Hi,

Go to the SIP trunk settings and select Check SIP Trunk. Then choose Outbound Call Test and enter the mobile number you want to call.

The test will generate a detailed log explaining why the call is failing. Please review it or share a sanitized copy with us, ensuring that any sensitive information is removed, so we can investigate the issue further.
