Calling with a Withheld number

I have a customer who calls out using a withheld number.

They are having an issue where some clients block withheld numbers and miss their calls. Is the a number sequence which can entered to force the call through?

Hi Alex,

The receiving end is the one who decides whether to block or not.

There is no way you can control that.

If it is a 3CX customer placing the blocked number calls, then, depending where the number is blocked, you may be able to route the calls, using a different prefix, to another outbound rule, that will pass the (a) number. It will all depend on the setup.

Because of so much spam calling these days, along with other factors, many will not answer a call, where the number is deliberately being blocked. I know I don't.
