Calls are going to after hour? please help

Hi,

Nothing was changed. I tried to reboot the server and same result. So this is the setup we have. Inbound -> created a huntgroup that ring to all 3 phone. If no answer it goes to after hour AA. So when i call the number it goes straight into the after hour AA. I press the extension and the extension doesn't ring and go straight to voicemail. So I think maybe all 3 of the phone are offline? I checked and they are all online. Anything else to check? I have rebooted the server with no luck.

I looked at the call log and it keep on going to the AA after hour IVR. so strange.. It should first hit the huntgroup first to ring everyone. then go to the after hour AA IVR. but it is not doing it. so strange anything else to check? I checked the date and time and its setup correctly.

So i created a new AA IVR and if no one asnwer 5 sec it goes to ring group all. like 1 sec it goes to ring group all it goes to after hour AA. so i'm thinking the phone are not in the group or they are busy? anyway to find out why all the user in the group is not ringing?

Something is not right with the ring group. it only ring once and it goes directly to the After hour AA IVR. I checked on the ring group and i set it to 20 sec.. this doesn't make any sense. please help if anyone got any insight on this..

Ok. just for the heck of it i changed the ringgroup from 20 sec to 40 sec and it worked.. doesn't make sense.. but this fixed it..

Glad to hear you at least got it working for now but to be honest, that indeed doesn't make sense and I do recommend looking into it when you have the time. It sounds like there may be a underlying issues that will most definitely resurface in the future.
