after upgrade to Version 20.0 Update 5 (Build 384 Alpha)
3cx desktop app client an occur error state: "Disconnected, wait for connection...."
Afer installation of the windows softphone client v20 an error occurs when trying to call an extension or external number: "Calls are not permitted now" and state "Waiting connection....)
I don't see any logs regarding this issue on the 3CX server side. Reinstallation of the client does not solve the problem.
There is no logs in "C:\Users\MYUSER\AppData\Local\Packages\3CXDMCC.3CX_bhm4yemhnd70e\LocalCache\Local\Microsoft"
Any hints?
